$25 Media Pass includes credentials, a grab bag, one experience, and Creator Canopy access for you plus one guest. In return, deliver raw content within 48 hours, post/tag NC Canna Market within 7 days, and grant promotional use. Missed delivery may result in a $50 charge.
NC CANNA FESTIVAL MEDIA PASS AGREEMENT

1. MEDIA PASS BENEFITS
For a $25 Media Pass fee, the approved Creator will receive:
* Official NC Canna Festival media credentials;
* One grab bag at event entry;
* Admission to one eligible festival experience of the Creator’s choice, subject to availability; and
* Access to the Creator Canopy for the Creator and one guest.
The guest does not receive media credentials, a separate grab bag, or a complimentary experience. The Creator and guest must be at least 21 years old, present valid identification, and comply with all event, venue, and consumption policies.
The Media Pass and its benefits are personal, nontransferable, and have no cash value.
2. CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
In exchange for the discounted Media Pass and included benefits, the Creator agrees to:
* Make a good-faith effort to capture meaningful photo or video coverage of the festival;
* Deliver all original, unedited event photos, videos, and other raw footage captured by the Creator to NC Canna Market within 48 hours after the Event;
* Provide the files in their original or highest reasonably available quality through a working download link or another delivery method approved by NC Canna Market;
* Keep the delivery link accessible for at least 30 days;
* Publish at least one substantive festival-related post, reel, or video on each social-media platform on which both the Creator and NC Canna Market maintain active accounts within seven calendar days after the Event; and
* Tag NC Canna Market or invite NC Canna Market as a collaborator on all festival-related content published by the Creator when the platform supports that feature.
Stories alone do not satisfy the posting requirement unless NC Canna Market approves otherwise. No particular number of views, engagements, or positive opinions is required.
3. DISCLOSURE
When posting festival-related content, the Creator must clearly disclose that the Creator received a discounted Media Pass and festival benefits.
A disclosure such as “Media pass and festival perks provided by NC Canna Market” or “NC Canna Festival media guest” should appear clearly in the post, video, or caption and should not be hidden among hashtags.
4. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE
The Creator retains ownership of the Creator’s original content.
By accepting the Media Pass, the Creator grants GKD Supply LLC, NC Canna Market, and NC Canna Festival a perpetual, worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, edit, crop, format, publish, distribute, display, and use the delivered content for event coverage, advertising, social media, websites, recaps, and future promotional materials.
NC Canna Market may add branding, captions, music, graphics, or formatting when repurposing the content. Creator credit will be provided when reasonably practical, but credit is not guaranteed with every use.
5. DELIVERY DEADLINE AND $50 PASS UPGRADE
The Media Pass is offered at a discounted rate in exchange for the required content delivery.
Raw footage is due within 48 hours after the Event. If the complete raw-footage delivery is not received within that period, NC Canna Market may send the Creator a reminder and allow a final cure period.
If the Creator checked in and received Media Pass benefits but the required raw footage has not been received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 19, 2026, the Media Pass will convert to the standard $75 VIP admission rate.
The Creator expressly authorizes a one-time additional charge of $50 to the payment method securely stored by the approved payment processor. This represents the remaining balance between the $25 Media Pass and the $75 VIP admission price.
The charge will not apply if:
* The Creator did not check in or receive Media Pass benefits;
* NC Canna Market confirms receipt of the required footage before the final deadline;
* NC Canna Market grants a written extension; or
* NC Canna Market prevented the Creator from completing the agreed coverage.
Documented emergencies may be considered if the Creator contacts [NCCMarketing@iCloud.com](mailto:NCCMarketing@iCloud.com) before the final deadline.
6. EVENT RULES AND REMOVAL
The Creator must follow event policies, venue rules, staff instructions, access restrictions, and applicable laws. Media credentials do not provide unrestricted backstage, vendor, private, or restricted-area access.
NC Canna Market may revoke credentials for unsafe conduct, harassment, unauthorized access, unlawful activity, or material violation of this Agreement. Revocation does not remove obligations arising from benefits already received.
7. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE
Electronic acceptance of this Agreement is intended to serve as the Creator’s signature. NC Canna Market may retain the Creator’s name, email address, order number, acceptance date and time, agreement version, checkbox record, and available transaction information as evidence of acceptance.
This Agreement is governed by North Carolina law. It contains the complete Media Pass arrangement unless modified in writing by NC Canna Market.
