Yes. General Admission to the NC Canna Festival is free. Registration is encouraged so attendees can receive event updates and build out their festival day with available experiences. The first 250 General Admission attendees also receive the festival’s complimentary pre-roll offer while supplies last - 21+ with valid ID required.
VIP entry begins at 11:00 AM.
General Admission begins at 12:00 PM.
VIP includes enhanced festival access and benefits with a total VIP experience value of $150+.
The VIP Goodie Bag itself is valued at $100+.
VIP attendees also receive access to the VIP area and additional VIP benefits and experience discounts.
Yes. VIP capacity is limited to ensure the festival can properly accommodate VIP attendees.

The Rules
General Admission is free and includes Vendor Village, the education series, the Festival Field Guide — Canna Bingo, The Terp Lounge, The Community Canvas, and free access to Elevated Elixirs (drinks may cost extra). The Terp Lounge and infused drinks are 21+ with valid ID and wristband.
Some experiences require a separate reservation or ticket; ticketed experiences and competition entries are separate purchases.
All organized festival experiences are 21+.
Available experiences can be selected through the festival ticket process and Experiences section of NCCMarket.com.

Refund requests for paid festival tickets and experiences must be submitted at least 7 days before the event, subject to the applicable Ticket & Refund Policy.
Free General Admission tickets do not have a monetary refund value.

Yes. Main festival parking will be shown on the Festival Map.
Standard parking information and locations will be identified on the Festival Map.

Extended Parking is $5 per vehicle.
The Extended Parking area will be identified on the Festival Map.

A designated Uber/Lyft and rideshare drop-off/pickup area will be identified on the Festival Map.
Attendees using rideshare should use the designated area instead of stopping in event traffic or restricted parking areas.
Yes. Festival camping is available through the designated camping option.

Vehicles cannot be driven into the camping area.
Campers will need to transport their camping equipment from the designated parking/loading location.

Festival or venue staff may require an animal to be removed if it creates a safety or behavioral concern.

Yes. Smoking, vaping, dabbing and other permitted consumption are allowed on the property in accordance with festival and venue rules.
Smoking is not permitted:
- Inside buildings
- In the playground area
- In any other area specifically marked as non-smoking
Attendees should follow posted signage and staff instructions.

Products consumed at the festival should be products purchased or received from approved vendors or festival experiences at the event.
Yes, subject to the same designated-area and festival consumption rules.
Cannabis/hemp sampling is limited to approved vendors and authorized festival experiences operating under festival sampling requirements.
Attendees must meet applicable age and ID requirements.

There are currently no specific bag-size or clear-bag restrictions.
Festival staff reserve the right to address items that present a safety concern or violate event policies.
Prohibited items include:
- Weapons
- Firearms
- Outside alcohol
- Glass containers
- Fireworks
- Large speakers or sound systems
- Unauthorized drones
- Professional camera/video equipment without appropriate Media credentials
- Illegal or prohibited substances
- Anything festival or venue staff determine creates an unreasonable safety risk

The festival is a rain-or-shine event.
Attendees and vendors should prepare appropriately for outdoor weather conditions.
Festival organizers may modify activities, schedules or areas when necessary for attendee safety.
Yes.
Media Credentials are $25 and limited to 20 approved media attendees.
Approved Media attendees receive:
- Media credential/lanyard
- Media Bag
- Access to the designated Media Area
- Two included festival experiences
- One guest credential
Yes.
An approved Media attendee may bring one guest.
The guest receives their own lanyard and may accompany the Media attendee into the designated Media Area.
The guest does not receive a Media or VIP Goodie Bag.
