- Community judging
- Competition entries
- Media credentials
- Other Festival add-ons
Camping is also subject to the separate Camping Rules & Waiver.
Vendor, sponsor, volunteer, and other participant arrangements are governed by their applicable agreements.
This Policy is incorporated into the Master Attendee Terms & Conditions.
2. General Admission
General Admission is free but requires registration.
Free tickets, complimentary registrations, promotional products, samples, giveaways, and other no-cost benefits have no cash refund value.
3. Refund Deadline
Refund requests for eligible paid Festival purchases must be received no later than:
September 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time
Requests should be sent to: NCCMarket@icloud.com
Please include:
- Purchaser name
- Email used for the purchase
- Order number
- Ticket, experience, or item being refunded
Purchases made after the refund deadline are generally final unless NC Canna Market cancels the applicable paid activity or another provision of this Policy applies.
4. Eligible Refunds Before the Deadline
Eligible paid tickets and experiences may be refunded when a valid request is received before the refund deadline.
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.
Payment processors, banks, or card issuers may require additional time for the refund to appear after it has been processed.
5. Nonrefundable Situations
Refunds are not provided because an attendee:
- Does not attend
- Changes personal plans after the deadline
- Arrives late
- Leaves early
- Misses a scheduled experience
- Fails to complete required check-in
- Fails to bring required identification
- Does not meet a stated age requirement
- Loses or damages a wristband or credential
- Is refused additional service because of excessive impairment
- Is removed or denied participation for violating Festival rules
Unused samples, promotional products, included benefits, or complimentary items do not create a right to a partial refund.
6. Transfers
Eligible tickets and registrations may be transferred to another eligible attendee through:
September 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time
Transfer requests should be submitted to: NCCMarket@icloud.com
The replacement attendee must satisfy all applicable:
- Age requirements
- Identification requirements
- Experience requirements
- Festival policies
- Activity-specific terms
A ticket, credential, experience, or registration cannot be transferred after it has been checked in, redeemed, used, revoked, or invalidated.
Media credentials, competition entries, or other individually approved registrations may have additional transfer restrictions.
Unauthorized resale does not guarantee admission.
9. Paid Experience Cancellation
If NC Canna Market cancels a specific paid experience and does not provide a reasonable replacement or rescheduled opportunity, the purchaser will be eligible for a refund of the amount paid for that specific experience.
Cancellation of one experience does not automatically entitle the attendee to a refund for:
- VIP admission
- Other experiences
- Competition entries
- Camping
- Other unrelated purchases
If a paid experience is materially rescheduled and an attendee can no longer reasonably participate, NC Canna Market may provide:
- A refund for that experience
- Credit toward another available experience
- A reasonable replacement
10. Festival Postponement
If the entire Festival is postponed to another date, existing registrations and paid Festival purchases will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date unless otherwise stated.
Attendees who cannot attend the new date will be given a reasonable period, announced with the postponement notice, to request a refund of eligible paid purchases.
If no refund is requested within that announced period, the ticket or registration will remain valid for the rescheduled Festival.
11. Full Festival Cancellation
If NC Canna Market cancels the entire Festival and does not reschedule it, eligible paid Festival tickets and Festival-produced paid experiences will be refunded.
Free registrations and complimentary products have no cash value.
NC Canna Market is not responsible for reimbursing attendee expenses outside the purchase price of eligible Festival products, including:
- Travel
- Lodging
- Transportation
- Meals
- Lost wages
- Personal purchases
- Other incidental expenses
