1. Agreement to These Terms

These Master Attendee Terms & Conditions govern registration for, admission to, and participation in the NC Canna Festival.

They apply to all attendees, including:

• General Admission attendees
• VIP ticket holders
• Experience participants
• Community judges
• Competitors
• Campers
• Media credential holders

By registering, purchasing or accepting a ticket or credential, electronically accepting these Terms, entering Festival property, or participating in the Festival, you agree to these Terms and all applicable Festival policies.

The Festival is produced by GKD Supply LLC, operating under the event names NC Canna Market and NC Canna Festival.

2. Incorporated Festival Policies

These Terms incorporate the following Festival policies:

1. Ticket, Refund, Transfer & Event Changes Policy
2. Experience Participation, Age Verification & Consumption Terms
3. Festival Safety, Conduct & Prohibited Items Policy
4. Accessibility & Accommodation Policy
5. Privacy Policy

Additional agreements may apply to specific participants or activities, including:

• Camping Rules & Waiver
• Media Credential & Content Agreement
• Volunteer Agreement & Waiver
• Competition rules or agreements
• Vendor Rules & Agreement
• Sponsor Agreement
• Other clearly disclosed activity-specific terms

If a specific activity agreement directly conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific agreement controls for that activity.

3. Electronic Acceptance

These Terms may be accepted through:

• Online registration
• Checkout
• Electronic checkbox
• Jotform
• Electronic signature
• QR-code acknowledgment
• Other Festival registration systems

Acceptance records may include:

• Name
• Email address
• Registration or order number
• Date and time
• Agreement version
• Electronic signature or checkbox response
• Related technical information when available

Electronic acceptance is intended to have the same binding effect as a written signature to the fullest extent permitted by law.

A person purchasing or registering for another adult must provide that attendee access to these Terms.

Each attendee remains individually responsible for complying with Festival requirements.

ADMISSION

4. Festival Admission

The Festival is scheduled for September 12, 2026.

• VIP Entry: 11:00 AM
• General Admission: 12:00 PM
• Main Festival Ends: 8:00 PM
• Evening Chill: 8:30 PM–11:00 PM

General Admission is free but requires registration.

VIP, experiences, competitions, judging, camping, media credentials, and other upgrades may require additional registration or payment.

Admission is subject to:

• Capacity
• Required identification
• Age restrictions
• Safety and security requirements
• Festival policies
• Venue requirements

5. 21+ Access

The following are Festival-designated 21+ activities or areas:

• VIP admission and VIP areas
• All organized Festival experiences
• Evening Chill
• Cannabinoid purchasing
• Cannabinoid sampling
• Cannabinoid consumption
• Cannabinoid-related judging
• Complimentary cannabinoid promotions
• Any other activity or area marked 21+

Valid government-issued photo identification and a valid Festival 21+ wristband may be required.

Detailed age-verification, wristband, product, sampling, and consumption requirements are contained in the Experience Participation, Age Verification & Consumption Terms.

6. Revocable Admission

A ticket, registration, credential, or wristband is a revocable license to enter and participate in the Festival.

The Organizer may deny entry, restrict participation, revoke credentials, remove an attendee, or prohibit re-entry when reasonably necessary because of:

• Safety or security concerns
• Excessive impairment
• Fraud or credential misuse
• Harassment or disruptive conduct
• Violation of Festival policies
• Legal or venue requirements
• Emergency conditions
• Protection of people, animals, or property

Removal resulting from an attendee's conduct or policy violation does not qualify that attendee for a refund.

7. Re-Entry

Attendees may leave and re-enter the Festival using their original valid wristband or credential.

Re-entry may require:

• Identification
• Ticket or credential verification
• Age verification
• Additional security screening

Transferred, damaged, duplicated, altered, or invalid credentials may be rejected.

Re-entry may be temporarily restricted for capacity, safety, security, weather, or emergency reasons.

ATTENDEE RESPONSIBILITY

8. Conduct & Safety

Attendees must:

• Follow reasonable Festival and venue instructions
• Respect other attendees, vendors, staff, volunteers, performers, and property
• Participate safely
• Comply with posted restrictions
• Avoid conduct that places themselves or others at unreasonable risk

Harassment, violence, threats, theft, property damage, excessive impairment, unsafe behavior, unauthorized vending, or other serious violations may result in removal without refund.

Detailed conduct and prohibited-item rules are contained in the Festival Safety, Conduct & Prohibited Items Policy.

9. Cannabinoid Products & Consumption

Cannabinoid purchasing, sampling, possession, and consumption at the Festival are subject to Festival age-verification and consumption requirements.

Products consumed at the Festival must be lawful products purchased or received during the Festival from:

• Approved Festival vendors
• Authorized Festival experiences
• Official Festival promotions

Attendees may not bring outside cannabinoid products onto Festival property for consumption.

Smoking, vaping, dabbing, sampling, and cannabinoid consumption are subject to designated Festival and venue restrictions.

Detailed requirements, including serving limits and permitted consumption areas, are contained in the Experience Participation, Age Verification & Consumption Terms.

10. Responsible Consumption

Anyone choosing to consume a cannabinoid product does so voluntarily and is responsible for:

• Reviewing available potency and ingredient information
• Understanding their own tolerance
• Avoiding unsafe combinations
• Following Festival and vendor instructions
• Stopping consumption if they feel unwell
• Arranging safe transportation

Do not drive or operate a vehicle while impaired.

Festival staff, vendors, and experience operators may refuse additional products, samples, service, or participation when an attendee appears excessively impaired or unable to participate safely.

VENDORS, EXPERIENCES & THIRD PARTIES

11. Independent Businesses & Operators

Festival vendors, food providers, performers, sponsors, instructors, media professionals, competitors, and experience operators may be independent businesses or individuals and are not necessarily employees or agents of GKD Supply LLC.

Independent parties remain responsible for their own:

• Products and services
• Testing and product documentation
• Ingredients and labeling
• Food preparation
• Representations and claims
• Transactions and refunds
• Employees and contractors
• Legal compliance

Approval to participate in the Festival does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of every product, service, representation, or individual effect.

Attendees remain responsible for evaluating products and activities before purchasing, consuming, or participating.

HEALTH & EVENT RISKS

12. Outdoor Event & Assumption of Risk

The Festival takes place primarily outdoors and may involve conditions including:

• Grass, gravel, dirt, slopes, and uneven terrain
• Rain, mud, heat, sun, wind, and insects
• Reduced evening lighting
• Crowds and lines
• Loud or amplified music
• Smoke and vapor
• Food, beverages, and allergens
• Animals
• Vehicles and Festival equipment
• Temporary tents, cords, signs, and structures
• Physical, wellness, artistic, and outdoor activities
• Cannabinoid products
• Camping
• Evening activities
• Independent vendors and operators

Attendance and participation are voluntary.

Each attendee knowingly and voluntarily accepts the ordinary and reasonably foreseeable risks associated with attending and participating in a large outdoor public event.

13. Personal Health & Emergency Assistance

Attendees are responsible for their own health and medical readiness, including:

• Medications
• Allergies
• Hydration
• Mobility
• Sensory needs
• Personal tolerance
• Health-related decisions

Anyone experiencing illness, injury, excessive impairment, or an adverse reaction should stop participating and promptly notify Festival staff.

For a serious or life-threatening emergency, call 911.

If an attendee appears unable to make or communicate an emergency decision, the attendee authorizes Festival representatives to take reasonable steps intended to protect them, including:

• Calling 911
• Requesting emergency medical assistance
• Providing reasonable first aid within the responder's training
• Contacting an emergency contact when available

The attendee remains responsible for costs associated with ambulance services, medical treatment, hospitalization, medication, or transportation.

EVENT CHANGES & PURCHASES

14. Weather, Schedule & Event Changes

The Festival is planned as a rain-or-shine event.

Weather, emergencies, legal developments, government action, venue requirements, performer or vendor changes, equipment failures, safety concerns, or circumstances outside the Organizer's reasonable control may require the Organizer to:

• Change schedules
• Relocate activities
• Delay opening
• Pause Festival operations
• Restrict entry or re-entry
• Shorten or substitute activities
• Close portions of the property
• Cancel individual activities
• End programming early
• Postpone the Festival
• Cancel the Festival

Changes to individual performers, vendors, schedules, locations, products, samples, or programming do not automatically create a right to a refund.

Refund, transfer, postponement, and cancellation rights are governed by the Ticket, Refund, Transfer & Event Changes Policy.

MEDIA & PROPERTY

15. Photography, Video & Recording

Photography, video, audio recording, interviews, livestreaming, security recording, and Festival documentation may occur throughout the event.

By entering Festival property, attendees authorize GKD Supply LLC and its authorized representatives to capture and use their image, appearance, voice, and likeness for lawful Festival documentation, advertising, publicity, social media, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Recording is prohibited in restrooms, private medical areas, changing areas, and other locations where privacy is reasonably expected.

Credentialed media are subject to the separate Media Credential & Content Agreement.

16. Personal Property & Damage

Attendees are responsible for their own:

• Identification
• Money
• Purchases
• Phones and devices
• Vehicles
• Products
• Camping equipment
• Other personal belongings

The Organizer does not guarantee protection against theft, loss, misplacement, or weather-related damage.

Attendees may be held responsible for property damage, cleanup costs, injuries, or other losses caused by their intentional, reckless, or negligent conduct.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

17. Assumption of Risk, Release & Limitation of Liability

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

In consideration for being permitted to attend or participate in the NC Canna Festival, each attendee knowingly and voluntarily assumes the ordinary and inherent risks associated with Festival attendance and participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law, the attendee releases and agrees not to sue or hold liable:

• GKD Supply LLC
• NC Canna Market
• NC Canna Festival
• Altadore Investments LLC
• The Plant
• Their respective owners, members, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, agents, sponsors, and authorized representatives

for claims, injuries, losses, damages, or expenses arising from the ordinary and inherent risks of voluntary Festival attendance or participation, including claims based on ordinary negligence to the extent such claims may lawfully be released.

These risks may include, without limitation:

• Outdoor terrain and weather
• Crowds
• Smoke and vapor
• Food, beverages, allergens, and samples
• Voluntary cannabinoid consumption
• Independent vendors and operators
• Animals
• Activities and experiences
• Camping and evening activities
• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
• Other risks reasonably associated with the Festival

Nothing in these Terms releases or limits liability for gross negligence, willful or intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be released or limited.

18. No Guarantees

The Organizer does not guarantee:

• A particular attendance level
• A particular performer
• A particular vendor
• An unchanged schedule
• Availability of every experience
• Availability of a particular product
• Receipt of samples or promotional products
• Individual product effects
• Specific weather conditions
• Uninterrupted Festival programming

Complimentary GA Promotion

The complimentary General Admission pre-roll is limited to the first 250 eligible General Admission attendees who are 21+, complete Festival check-in and age verification, and otherwise satisfy applicable requirements.

Availability is while supplies last and is not guaranteed to every registered attendee.

FINAL TERMS

19. Festival Communications

The Organizer may use registration or purchase contact information to send necessary Festival communications, including:

• Ticket information
• Schedule changes
• Safety alerts
• Weather notices
• Event changes
• Refund or cancellation information

Marketing communications are separate and are not required as a condition of attendance.

20. Policy Changes

The Organizer may make reasonable updates to Festival policies when necessary for:

• Safety
• Legal compliance
• Government requirements
• Venue requirements
• Event operations
• Clarification

Material changes affecting an existing paid purchase will be communicated when reasonably practicable.

The agreement and policy version accepted by an attendee should be retained when technically available.

21. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Chatham County, North Carolina, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

22. Severability & No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remainder of the Terms will remain in effect.

Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the Organizer's right to enforce that provision or another requirement later.

23. Entire Attendee Agreement

These Master Attendee Terms, incorporated Festival policies, applicable purchase terms, and any applicable activity-specific agreement form the complete agreement concerning attendee admission and Festival participation.

Separate agreements govern vendors, sponsors, campers, media, volunteers, competitors, contractors, performers, and other specialized participants where applicable.

Before completing General Admission registration or a paid Festival purchase, require the attendee to affirm:
